A road that leads nowhere. A mysterious stranger. Spirits that refuse to stay buried. Fools who meddle with dark forces.
Meet Yomi: wanderer, raconteur and unlikely man of learning. He may look like a hobo, but beneath the weather-beaten exterior lies a sharp mind, a law degree and a taste for mint tea. The supernatural, unfortunately, has a habit of taking an interest in him and not always on terms of his choosing.

In Tales of African Mysticism – Volume I: Yomi’s Stories, Yomi recounts his encounters with the strange and inexplicable, drawing us into a world where African beliefs and folklore meet the unsettling realities of everyday life.

Sometimes dark, sometimes surprising, and often touched with humour, these tales reveal a world in which appearances deceive, ancient forces have their own agendas, and the storyteller himself may be more than he seems.

Step into Yomi’s world, where nothing is ever quite what it seems.
