Bob Rich is an Australian storyteller, with 19 published books in a variety of genres including both fiction and nonfiction. Five of his books, and over 40 short stories, have won awards. He has retired 5 times so far, from 5 different occupations, but is still going strong as a Professional Grandfather. Any human born since 1993 qualifies as his grandchild. Everything he does, including his writing, is working toward a survivable future for them, and one worth surviving in. He carries on much of this work at his popular blog, Bobbing Around https://bobrich18.wordpress.com

He discovered that he was a Buddhist at 23 years of age, when a Christian minister of religion told him. In those pre-internet days, he needed to spend a day in the University library to check up on this claim, and to his surprise found his philosophy set out in beautiful words. He decided not to sue the Buddha for plagiarism, as an act of metta (lovingkindness).

He is not fussed by death, having done it all too many times.

Carol lives on a property outside the small country town of Childers in Queensland, Australia. Married with three grownup children, she is now retired from working in a primary school as a Teacher Aide, where she also looked after the library and drove the school bus. Most of her life Carol has played in a four-piece band with her husband and they have now formed a duo after the band folded. She loves to travel, both abroad and in Australia, which she is now discovering more of in her caravan. Fishing, camping and gardening are some of her favourite hobbies.

Today, I'm thrilled to share a piece of my heart with you through the pages of my debut children's book, "Tiney Tiny Turner: I Feel Different." A children's book that isn't just about pages and words, but about the boundless power of acceptance.

I am a British African mother to a nonverbal boy with autism, who also has learning difficulties, sensory processing disorder amongst other challenges. It has been a longtime dream and passion of mine to write and publish children's books for longer than I can remember. Then, came the birth of my son in 2011, bringing with him a unique perspective on life. In 2014, he was diagnosed with non-verbal autism amongst other challenging behaviors and since then we've been on a journey, each revealing a new facet of strength within us.

My focus changed not in writing and publishing a children’s book but on what to write about following our struggles, challenges and life experiences. I wouldn't change my boy for the world, he's loving, sensitive, pure and warm and has thought me so many beautiful things as well as awakened innermost emotions and strengths I never knew I had. This has led me to recently publish my first children's book titled, TINEY TINY TURNER I FEEL DIFFERENT' which is about a boy born different from his peers. It focuses on diversity and inclusion of children with special needs and encourages our children to embrace their special different attributes because this is what makes each of them unique. It is a book which will resonate with parents, carers, teacher and kids alike.

It is available on Amazon in Paperback, Kindle and Audiobook formats if you'll like to check it out. Here's a sneak peek to the book trailer and links:

Heeeyyy guuyyss!!! I'm a millennial that awakened in February of the year 1990, born under Saturn and raised by Uranus! AQUARIAN RENEGAL is the "pseudo-name"., wordplay, dark/toxic romance, and metaphysical mashups is my game. I'm not your typical author of Metaphysical Mashup Fiction. I always like to leave my readers with the expression of "What the heck?!" by adding a creative twist to my stories. Creative writing started as a hobby and past-time while in high school and became something I love/need to do. It's my very own therapy and even though (to some) it may be high in "shock value", I want to connect to other reading enthusiasts through my stories and books. I love reading and the performing arts as well., and since writing has come to me so effortlessly, I can't wait to see what other entertaining content I can turn my stories into! My greatest aspiration is to take my creative writing from paper to screen one day! Please check out my Amazon Author Page and Amazon Kindle Vella for more books/stories I've published so far! Thanks for reading!

~AQUARIAN RENEGAL~

Ken Reynolds, a native of South Africa, started writing books at age six. His first book was called 'Clatterty Bang Boom' and a copy still exists today. From that age till about fourteen he was very productive and kept all the books he wrote, several boxes full. He got his first typewriter at age 11 and learned to touch type. After that, his production of books slowed and in later life, he completed only a few books for children or teens, till the time he felt called to write Colour, a book he feels important to understand the history of South Africa. Today, apart from writing, Ken loves skating, travel, cartooning, photography, learning languages, and playing the piano. In the last few years, he and Linda have taken up ballroom dancing and have taken part in several shows.
As a young man, he worked in a photo store in Pietermaritzburg, just like his main character in Colour. And, just like Ed, he chatted almost daily with an order clerk at a wholesaler over the phone, without ever setting eyes on her. Unlike his hero, he did not follow through with romance after meeting her in person, something he has always felt was an act of cowardice.
Ken started university at thirty-one, where he met and subsequently married his one and only, Linda. He happily taught at a primary school in South Africa for several years. When a new opportunity in America opened for him, he and Linda packed up their two small children and immigrated to Anchorage, Alaska. A couple of years later, they packed up all their belongings in a Ryder van and drove all the way to their new home in Virginia Beach. Here he taught in a private school for a couple of years, started his own photography studio and camera repair shop, then returned to teaching at a wonderful elementary school in Virginia Beach. The family did not see South Africa again till 2003, when they had a really happy family reunion in South Africa. A few years later they adopted a little Zulu girl, Mbali, from God's Golden Acre, the home run by his sister-in-law Heather. Today, he and Linda, along with their three children and two grandchildren, all live in Virginia, USA.
