T. B. Marshall is a retired school teacher that has a long history with the 1843 novella, A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens. He played the main character in a school play, and participated in a number of productions of the book in various roles over the years. Most recently he played a couple of minor roles in Scrooge: The Musical. this is why his first book, Marley, revolves around his interpretation as to why Jacob would be so interested in helping his old friend Scrooge. He was born in Richmond, Missouri, and is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area, but spends most of his time at the Lake of the Ozarks.
