Author BiographyI am an author from Turners Falls Massachusetts. I was featured on Mass Appeal to promote my cookbooks. Received my diploma April 7, 2002 through Thomas Education Direct for Catering & Gourmet cooking. I was featured in Wordsmith magazine US writing articles. I spend most of my time creating gluten free recipes for my cookbooks. I am known as the gluten free baker. I bake for kids and adults who have celiac disease. This is my passion! I am working toward Food Network. I really want to get my recipes out to the world and help so many more people.
